I have a Bryant Furnace Model 394GAZ048125. The furnace is around 10 -12 years old. Twice in the past week the ignition spark generator that sounds a clicking noise has failed to come on. When I turn the power kill switch off and then on the ignition clicking begins and the furnace fires. After the first occurence I replaced the kill switch and the furnace ran fine for several days but then it happened again this morning. I again turned the power kill switch off and on and it is again working. Any advice on what I should replace or look at would be appreciated?

This furnace has a diagnostic light on the board. The next time it fails post the code the board displays.

Thanks for assistance. I don't see any diagnostic light where a code would be displayed? Where exactly is the board and diagnostic light?

I due to it’s age there may not be one. I assumed there was one. As I was unable to locate a manual for the furnace.
I would recommend cleaning up the igniter/ flame sensor as I feel the ignition module is locking out. When it does lock out resetting the power resets the module.
