I have a carrier gas pack that works fine most of the time but every once in a while it will fail to light.when i go out to it the dispersion blower will be running but nothing else.I can pull out the disconnect,wait till the fan stops,and put it back and it fires right up every time.I don't know how to check it when it resets every time you kill power.thanks

You are resetting the module when you do this. The most common problem is the flame sensor requiring cleaning. What is the model number of the unit.
