MODEL# GUX090B35A, INSTALLED 1994
We had two technicians on two separate calls check it & diagnose is "Unit Locks Out, SENSOR=2.6, CLEAN=4.0 NOW, MANI=3.5", RISE=69deg, HSI=ok" but they can't determine what the problem is! The ignition cycles three (3) times and then air & vent blowers run continously & ignition is no longer attempted. The control's diagnostic light will then repeatedly flash once & then pause. Reseting it at the thermostat (turning off & on) used to work (would start to blow hot air) but now even that doesn't work. The technician did a complete annual service on the furnace & also swapped out/in many parts including the White Rodgers control module (model: 50A50-206)and this did NOT fix the problem. They are baffled! We tried putting in different filters (down to 300 FPR) to no avail.
PLEASE HELP!!! We're cold. Atleast the kids rooms have electric space heaters. We should be able to get thru the nite & then we're calling the service company in the morning. Any information that would help the service technician would be most appreciated!
God Bless & Merry Christmas!
Thanks! -Glenn

Make sure the transformers secondary is grounded. As well as on the module. Bad grounds do not allow a good reference for the board to see flame.
Xenos.
The best way to escape a problem is to solve it.
