I have a Honeywell T8411r that uses

The Trane has the following terminals available

If going from trane to Honeywell These thermostats are not compatible, The Honeywell is for two stage heat pumps and the Trane is a standard heat/ cool.

I am going from the Honeywell to Trane. The system is standard heat cool but for some reason they were using the T8411r.

Here is the wiring for a standard heat cool system
R=R = Power
W=W2 = Heat
G=G = Fan
Y=Y= Cooling
H & H are if you wish to install a humidifier
OT & OT are if you wish to add a out door thermostat.
