By suction strainer, I assume you mean "suction drier". If only the Drier and the suction line going from the drier to the condensing unit are frosted up, then I would suspect a stopped up suction drier. This would also explain tripping the LP switch. However, if the suction line is frosting back long before it reaches the suction drier, I would have to say you have an airflow problem,a problem with the TXV, or the unit is not cycling off as it should.You may want to see if the coil itself is frozen up.

check exv ton may be over size exv or suction air restrecation open suction panel and check pressure

If you don;t have any supper heat I would think it's the TXV my self.

This seems like an airflow problem. Check returns, filter, belt if any, coil surface, proper blower speed and rotation. Make sure there are no dampers shut, even fire dampers in the return.

Something is not adding up here. You said the refrigerant charge is correct but it trips out on low pressure safety? I think we need better facts before proceeding.
