I have a Rheem Classic air conditioner. My problem is that the blower cycles on for about 30 seconds and then shuts down for 10 or 15 seconds, then powers right back up constantly repeating this cycle. What could be going wrong here? I had a new thermostat installed, and I also believe the bearing to be bad on the blower (loud grating noise in duct)

Switch the fan to on if it still dose it check the fan relay and make sure it's staying powered. This will determine if it's the fan or the board.
