Last weekend I noticed the secondary drain dripping, so looked inside to find the primary drain clogged and the unit filled with condensation. (Unit is in attic with drain pan.) While cleaning and soaking up the water with the unit (thermostat switch) off, I noted the outside unit was still running and the evaporation pipes were still cold and lots of condensation. That led me to watch the outside unit and it seems to run constantly - enough to saturate the insulation on the pipes in to the inside unit such that they are dripping. All of the inside stuff (fan, thermostat, etc.) seem to be working OK and the house is cool as normal.
Keep the faith.

Check the contactor in the out door unit it may be stuck closed.
