What iis involved in connecting lines to brand new Condensing unit and blower? I have installed the split systema nd only thing is left is the is connection. I am going to all a sevice for it,but wnt to know what I am talking about. Basically need to charge the system with coolant and connect the lines.

No respectable professional service will do what you just stated. The skill is in the design, not brazing copper and adding refrigerant....a trained monkey can do that.
