Ok I am ignorant when it comes to this stuff, I have a Ruud Achiever 9 condenser(?) (the blower thing outside) coupled with a Ruud uhqa-1310b (model number) thing inside. I have a Hunter 44760 Auto Temp Thermostat (just bought) and the blower thing comes on outside but the fan inside clicks one time and doesn't do anything.
Here is the way I have it wired Green -G|Black -C|N/A -Y|Orange -0|White - W2|Blue -B|Brown - E|Red -R|Yellow -Y1|
I hooked up the old thermostat back up and it does the same thing. So now I am totally lost.
I have no clue what I am doing

check the blue wire at the "air handler"that's what you call "the thing inside"if the blue wire is connected to the "C" terminal,go to t-stat and connect the blue wire to "C"terminal at the thermostat also about the black wire you have to let me know the out door unit's control wire colors.

Just from the sounds of it you blew the transformer on the furnace and/or a fuse. Did you have the power off to the airhandler/furnace before you wired up the stat? Also, some Rheem/Ruuds wire opposite the "norm" in that the reversing valve is wired to the B terminal (change over on call for heat).
