Hello, I am from Barrie, Ont Canada, and I am really interested in beginning a career in the heating and air conditioning indusrty. I am wondering if anyone out there knows anything about possible apprenticeships in my area. Any replies would be greatly appreciated, Thanks Matt.

Since your in the Toronto area there should be all kinds of opportunities for an apprenticeship. Contact any of the local or area HVAC contractors. You may have to start as a "gopher", but its at least a start in the right direction. Good luck, Hube

Welcome, I would expect quite a few opportunities to pop up in that area, Do you have any experience or training at all. If not concentrate on a securing a helpers position in a company then in a year look for the apprenticeship.
