i know nothing, i have been in my house for a year and the ac works fine, now i turned the thermostat to the heat the house now and it worked for a couple of weeks, but then all of the sudden it stopped working. On the display it shows a picture of a little flame. what do i need to do to make my heat turn on.

We need more information. Like is the syatem powered, Does anything run? Have you reset the main power to it?
