The low limit thermal switch is set too high. I would set it at about 80 degrees. Mine was set at 100 and after I reset it , the problem went away.

limit switch turning fan on
residual posibly still in furnace off of heat exchanger or faulty limit switch probally a honeywell

Residual heat left in the exchanger like londonguy said. No big deal. Or you can set the on setting slightly higher if it annoys you.
