It just quit producing heat... I replaced the gas valve, ingition control box, IC circuit board and the ignitor. 24 v is present where it should be and the transformer and all limiting devices are working properly. When it runs the start up sequence when calling for heat the Induction fan and blower fan come on together for 45 sec, then the blowershuts off and the ignitor heats up, the gas valve opens for 5 secs and then ignitor shuts off. No ignition...... I can produce ignition by hot-wiring the gas valve open for 5 more secs... :) but when temp is reached and the unit tries to relight after calling for heat again I get nothing... Help

You don't need to buy a new flame sensor! You can clean up the old one. This guy must be a Rudd dealer. If you ask they will sell you anything.
Another great day

You need to check with a Ruud dealer to see if you need to install a new flame sensor. Get the model and serial number from the furnace, along with any numbers you can see on the circut board and go to a ruud dealer. they will tell you if you need a new flame sensor. If you do, be sure to get the necessary details about wiring everything up. This information should have been supplied to you when you bought the circut board. So if you still have the box and paperwork that came with it, re-read it and check the numbers yourself.

If it breaks it needed to be replaced anyways.

I might be the flame sensor. That is a metal probe that sences the flame take it out and rough it up with a piece of san paper. Give that a try.
