hello,i installed a honeywell fan limit control on my gas furance,turn heat up the burner and fan come on runs for about 2 minutes and the fan shuts off but the burner stays on,2 minutes later fan comes back on.thanhs for any help.

Adjust the fan control to come on at approx 130 and shut off at approx 85-90

Or if that don't work, the motor might be going off on IOL. Next time it does it, wait until it goes off, cut the power and after ensuring the fan has totally stopped...reach in and touch the body of the motor. If its real hot, the motor is toast. You should be able to lay your hand on the motor without being burnt.
Or if you're handy with a multi meter, check the motor windings when it goes off to see if they're open. They should not be.

reset the limit controls,checker fan motor ,ok.my return duct was off on the back of the furance,wonder if pulling in to much cold air and opening the fan limit?seems to be ok now.thanks one and all for your help.
