I have a Lennox G20 forced hot air furnace that is 8 years old. About two months ago I noticed cold air blowing out of the vents. About 1 week later the whole furnace stopped working. I called an HVAC tech and he came and replaced the gas valve. Everything was ok for approx. 2 weeks and then I noticed cold air again. I called the HVAC Tech back and he said it was a Blower Control board problem. (The blower was not shutting off). I purchased a lennox BCC3 board and replaced the old one. The problem did not go away. I have also replaced the thermostat. Now the blower either doesn't shut off at all (I have to shut down the furnace using the emergency switch) or the blower doesn't start until the gas valve closes, indicating the furnace has heated up to it's limit, and then the blower runs for 90 seconds only. (Incidently, the 90 second time is the actual shut off time set for the blower once the gas valve closes.) What else could it be? Thanks
