I looked it up what is means is that u blew the 3 to 5 amp fuse on the control board. If u feel that u have T-stat wired corectly then replace fuse with no more than a 5 amp fuse. Happens when touched the T-stat wires together and still had power to furnace. Should be an automotive type fuse and what ever you do DO NOT REPLACE WITH FUSE BIGGER THEN 5 AMP.

What does that problem mean i have tried to take off t-stat and leave off. I guess i don't understand the error.

Once you have fixed the problem turn T-stat off and turn power off to furnace wait 1 minute and turn back on. Should be cleared by then if board is ok and you fixed problem.
