Ripping out a heat pump and putting in regular A/C unit and coil......any special procedures to take that anyone knows of?

Why would u do that! Do u have gas heating? Only thing is T-stat.

Well its for a customer because around here it doesnt get cold enough....but anyways i went to see the job today and the only thing wrong is the fan motor outside doesnt turn on it just hummms...and the guy who looked at it before me told the customer it was a bad relay on the control board.. and that parts were not available anymore, so i looked at it and i think its just a bad start winding in the motor....its also a 22 year old carrier..

Hmmm......could it be just the start a bad winding in the motor?????? I don't think so.
