I have a Trane furance /Heat pump and the blower motor stays running. I have replaced the thermostat and every once in a while it will operate fine at times the blower motor will continue to run. I have to kill the electrical power to get the blower motor to stop. The coils are clean and the filter is new. I'm not sure if it a limit switch or relay can someone help. Thanks

Its the fan time delay relay. Some of Trane air handlers have that problem.
