I have a York 80 Diamond, and when we turn the heat on the heat doesn't come on. Well, it kicks on 3 times in a row for 20 seconds each and then shuts off, but the fan is still going causing it to push out cool air in the house. What's wrong and what should I do?

Clean your flame sensor with steel wool, or a fine scotchbrite pad.
It will be in front of the burner furthest from the igniter with a purple wire coming out of it.
