does anyone know contract rates as an average for residential then commercial for billing purposes. is it past $92.00 an hour yet.

Around Chicago union rates around 115, residential companies are 70-100 per hour.

Union commerical rates are 105 to 120 an hour, resi are mostly flat rated I think.
