I have water coming out from the secondary drain and the primary drain is clean

I have replaced my thermostat with a honeywell digital last year it controls the heat and central ac.The heat works fine now im running the ac What is happing it goes on and is set for 70 in about 10 min the thermostat rises to about 78 to 80 and the ac stays running and the house feels like 60.

Does your air handler have a PTrap?
