How can I change the fan speed when the t-stat is in the ON Mode?

Not real familiar with water furnace but look on your circuit board for a terminal marked FAN, see what color wire is hooked to it, that might be the one you want to change, post the model and serial #, Houston might be able to post the diagram on there for you.

I can't get Water Furnace manuals from their site. It is possible that I have one in my truck though.
These units are almost identical to Climate Master, they even share the same trouble codes. They probably cost more since they have available exterior trouble code LED's. I have seen these wired to a remote panel.
