Hello All!

When I got home today and turned on the furnace (gas) it didn't work. Worked fine last week and now it's pooped out.

Bryant Quietline Deluxe (guessing 15+ years old maybe)
Model# 397EAW036100

The issue is the burners are not lighting. When I turn on the thermostat and raise the temp enough to trigger the ignition, the electronic ignition lights the pilot, there is a constant buzz, no click, and no fire in the burners. After a few minutes the fan kicks on and cold air blows from the vents.

I am assuming the valve is not opening and letting gas to the burners, but I'm not sure what needs checked. I'm assuming this could be a faulty valve, electronic, or a number of other things.

Could someone possibly point me in a direction to start looking? A cold spell is coming and the family needs heat, so any advice is greatly appreciated.

The ignition system with that pilot has a heat activated switch in the pilot assembly. When the switch heats up its supposed to close turning on the gas valve. Most likely your pilot needs replacement.
