had ignition lockout this morning (LED 14), cleaned the flame sensor, and nothing. replaced the ignitor. now it works, but something is still not right with the burner closest to the ignitor. looks fine when cover plate is off, but as soon as it's placed back on, that burner furthest to the right isn't consistent (blows all around, instead of sucking straight through). any ideas as to why??

What is the model# of the unit? I suspect it is a high efficiency unit and you may have damaged the red gasket that seals the igniter to the burner box. It is VERY important that that gasket be properly in place and not damaged or the burner won't light properly or burn properly. Air blows thru where the gasket is supposed to be and disrupts the flame.
