I have an older Rheem 100,000 BTU Furnace. The thermostat works, the hot surface ignitor comes on, the gas valve is getting the 24 volts, but the furnace does not light. It will work for three weeks and then it will go out, off and on for a day or two. Any suggestions on what might be causing this problem?

if you have an RGDG model you might want to get your board replaced part price is around 150bucks and whatever labor might be
