Hi my sister recently purchased a old house witch came with a 1985 Olsen BDS 130, FAG Furnace. she was complaining of cold air blowing constantly between cycles. Now i found this was true and my question is could the Honeywell L4064B2723 summer fan switch be faulty or was it wired wrong.Again fan runs 24 hrs a day.

Could be both, hard to see it from here. Some high efficiency Olsens are getting very hard to get parts for. Went out of business in late 80's. Average life is 20 yrs. She may want to get a pro to check the heat exchanger for cracks and look at the fan control etc.
