The part I'm looking at, Honeywell Q345 comes in three types. Could someone explain the difference between right/left/front single tip style?
Q345 Nonprimary-aerated combination pilot burner and ignitor. Used with the S86, S860, S8610, or S8670 in intermittent pilot systems. Compare Select and Compare the Product Models below. Limited to five. Some groupings may not be comparable. The first time my furnace went out, the ignitor wouldn't glow red to ignite the pilot light gas. I replaced the ignitor and it worked fine. The furnace went out again several months later and I observed that the ignitor was working fine by glowing red but the pilot light gas wasn't igniting. I cleaned the pilot light gas orifice and that fixed it. If you unscrew the end of the pilot light gas tube from its fitting near the ignitor, the pilot light gas exit hole (orifice) is inside of that fitting. It is a very very small hole, so blow into it from the opposite end or carefully use a sewing needle to clean out the hole. Don't break off the needle in the hole and don't enlarge the hole. If you can blow into it hard and you can hear air exiting just slightly thru the hole, thats clean enough.

If you look carefully at the one you have you will notice if the HOOD/Tip of it goes left/right or straight ahead while the 2 mounting screws face you. Pilot flame burns in the direction of hood.
