Fan blows cold air but heat is not working. The LED is blinking 9 times then a 3 sec. pause, and 9 blinks again. Can anyone inform me of what this means? Thank you.

TRANE: TXC037C4HPB1 Is Trane what you are asking, or is there a different brand I should be looking for?

On the furnace panel door there should be a chart with the codes. Post what a 9 is for.

Check ignitor, improper ground, or voltage too low.

The model you posted is from the furnace, correct?
It comes back as a coil.

I read it off of a tag on the back of the furnace. Below are two model number from the receipt. One is for the furnace, the other is for an air conditioning unit;
TUX100R948VO
TTR036C100A3

Turn power off to furnace and then restore power. See if the furnace will now work.

Turned power off, and back on...no change. Tried flipping power twice in 30 seconds (read that somewhere else) and still no change.

Houston that is not for this furnace.
Flash code 9 is for Check ignitor circuit and not for Limit concern

Is this a TUX or a TXC? I see 2 models listed. This chart is the TUX, looks like a TXC is a coil.
I see that the TUD listed 9 as ignitor problem.
The TUY also listed 9 as inducer problem.
