Im having my Trane air handler replaced because of problems with it. The warranty company is having a Payne air handler installed that is 13 SEER. Do you recommend that I replace my outside unit too? It is a Trane 10 SEER. The guy said he'd put a Payne outside unit 13 SEER in for a good price. Is Payne a good brand or should I shop around for a Trane or other brand?

Payne is a stripped down Carrier/Bryant. They are ok nothing special. Nothing bad either
