Hi Folks.
KEEPRITE UPFLOW/HORIZONTAL NTC5,,NTN5/GNJ (NOxModel)
I have a very noisy Combustion Motor upon start up. It's noisy for about 3-5 mins until it's up to speed. If you manually push the motor the sound goes away. It comes back when you release the pressure. So I'm wondering if it's the bearings in the motor and or just an alignment/lurication issue. I have tried to adjust the alignment with no success. The furnace is about 11 years old and blows just fine. No other issues. Also if you have a line on cheap replacement parts for this problem..I can give the replacement part out of the manual. Toronto,CANADA. Thanks folks

You probably need to change the complete ventor assembly. Before you do that I would check the heat exchanger by taking the high limit out and be careful not to ground it on anything. Then start the heat and look inside the opening for a glow from the rivets that holds the heat exchanger together.

Be careful sometimes you don't get a second chance
