We have central heat/air. The furnace burners come on but the fan comes on and then off about every 30 to 60 seconds. The filter is new. What could be causing the fan to cycle on and off so often?

If the burners are coming on as well and going out 30 seconds or so. Remove and clean your flame sensor. It is located in front of the burners with one wire going to it.

Thanks. After I adjusted the fan limit switch, and cleaning everything within reach, it seems to be functioning correctly.
