Gas pack will not heat right im only getting 80 degree air out of the back of the unit and 62 degrees on the ruturn side someone before me replaced the induce draft motor are there any kind of baffles or anything he could have forgot to put in that is letting the motor pull all the heat out of the exchanger?

Have you verified that he didn't leave any panels off?
Some models have a filter panel that doesn't use screws. I have seen this panel next to a few package units before.
