Hello, I have York electric heating system in the house. Model#N2AHD10A06A. It stopped running yesterday, when I turn the power off and on it runs for a short time. I checked the heating element coils visiually looked ok.Ihave some electrical knowlege and skill- how to replace parts& use tools, but don't know how to test hvac parts such as sequencers. please let me know from where should I start, I appreciate your help

When it stops, does it shut down completely? Is this strictly electric heat, or do you have a heat pump? If you're not sure, post low voltage wiring/terminal information at the air handler.

yes it shuts down completely. I think it has a heat pump there is a model number on it #2XM06501006A, KW7.5 at 208V, KW10.0 at 240V. 208-230v 1HP.
Label informations on the cover of main unit as below

Where was this number found? 2XM06501006A Can you post the model number of the outdoor condensing unit? Does your thermostat have a heat, and emergency heat setting? If so, did you try it on emergency heat? If you have the cover off of the air handler list the low voltage terminations, and what color wires are where. Turn power off 1st.
