When it stops, does it shut down completely? Is this strictly electric heat, or do you have a heat pump? If you're not sure, post low voltage wiring/terminal information at the air handler.

yes it shuts down completely. I think it has a heat pump there is a model number on it #2XM06501006A, KW7.5 at 208V, KW10.0 at 240V. 208-230v 1HP.

Label informations on the cover of main unit as below

York model #N2AHD10A06A
Ser# MDMS054801
Unit supply 208-230 volts
Max voltage 253 , Min voltage 197
Motor type PSC 208-230V 2.4 F.L.A 1/3 Hp

Where was this number found? 2XM06501006A Can you post the model number of the outdoor condensing unit? Does your thermostat have a heat, and emergency heat setting? If so, did you try it on emergency heat? If you have the cover off of the air handler list the low voltage terminations, and what color wires are where. Turn power off 1st.
