I have a totalline thermostat and I dont know how or why my AUX HEAT cancels my heat. I have small children and often wake up freezing. I cant figure out how to cancel or delete this from happening. Im not sure of the model but I believe it is of the higher end. PLEASE HELP...

Totalline t-stats are notorious for being junk. Start with a reliable t-stat, have it replaced by an HVAC technician who can also ensure that all components are responding, and if they are not, will hunt down any periferal problem. I've never had a problem with the Honeywell 8000 touchscreens.
