I agree think that there is problem with installer but purchased extended warranty---what do you think could be causing the problem now that will not kick off when gets to temp just keeps blowing but does not get warmer--- but whn iget above temp with the wood stove it will kick off.

Sounds like an issue with the thermostat. What type of stat do you have? (programmable, digital, etc.)
