The burners turn on for a couple of minutes and the blower runs and then the burners go out and fan stays on. The burners turn on again and repeat the same cycle. I will look at the thermostats heat anticipator to see if it is cycling on and off too quickly. Could it be the regulator or the overlimit switch?

Could be. Check for dirty filter(s) or dirty flame sensor.

The vent was blocked by the roofers.
