I have a Testo 318-v video pro inspection scope.I use it alot when checking for cracks in heat exchangers. what is the best way for checking for cracks in heat exchangers when you have either a case coil or a coil in plynum. i normally cut a small diameter hole and stick my probe in it. Is this the best and only way possible to check these and least expensive.

how about removing or partialy removing the triangle plate on the front of the coil, this gives more horizontal access than a hole.
Be good to your fellow man not nice there is a difference.
