I have a Carrier FA4BNF018 AND THE HEAT AND THE BLOWER WILL NOT TURN OFF WITHOUT TURNING OFF THE POWER AT THE BREAKER BOX. I REPLACED THE THERMOSTAT AND THE SAME PROBLEM EXISTS. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

get your volt meter out. find out if indeed you t stat is calling for heat. ohm your stat leads out make sure that they are not shorted together anywhere.
