If that sucker has the infamous black or gray covered board I would suspect a board problem also with a flame signal of 5µA. You might also check for the good ground and neutral connections. Is it fired on LP? My experience with those regarding the failing secondary has been a ton of CO in the flue like 341 mentioned, a strange nauseating smell (you can SMELL that puppy going bad, whew!), the top of the furnace above the burner box getting VERY hot, also sometimes the inside of the exhaust flue will be brownish. You can pull the blower and see if the secondary has been leaking at the back also.
