I unplug my ref and let it defrost manually. After 3 hrs, water comes out(bottom of my fridge). I plug it in and then it works. January of this yr it happens again, this time i called a technician, he recommend to replace the defrost timer and I did. Last night my fridge is not cooling again. So I guest it's not the defrost timer then. What could it be?
Any help would be appreciated,Thank you...

It's side by side by Amana. Compressor is running. The bottom portion of the freezer is cooling but not the top. I saw ice building up on the bottom where cold air coming out.
