I am trying to hook a T1100RF Wireless Thermostat to my System. I emailed Venstar with no response as of yet. I am hoping someone can help me here.
I have an oil furnace (1 Stage) and Cooling (1 Stage). I have two transformers however. I am not sure if I can even use this thermostat on my oil furnace. That is first.
On my old thermostat I have wires hooked to R, Rc, W,Y, and G. The new thermostat doesn't have an Rc connection. I have hooked the new thermostat up and the thermostat fires up the ignitor, but contiues the iginition. The A/C I have not hooked up because of no Rc wire.
If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

If your stat has an RH and R terminal, you can use R for the AC. You must remove the jumper. What terminals does the new stat have?

My new stat has wire diagram stating below:
If Old Stat marked= Install on new thermostat
Function on new Stat
G or F = G Fan
Y1, Y, or C = Y1 Cooling
W1, W, or H = W1,O,B Heating
Rh,R,M, Vr, A = R Power
C=C Common
O/b= W1,O,B Rev. Valve
Y2 = Y2 2nd Stage Cool
W2=W2 3nd Stage Heat
This is what is in the Owner Manual. I need to hook up, G,Y,Rh,Rc,and W. I just am not sure where to hook up my Rc wire.

I looked up the installation instruction. The new stat has no terminal for that. It's made for single transformer systems and your system has two.
You can't put a price on comfort! Be Safe.
