I have a Lennox Pulse Model G14O3-60-12 that is about 22 years old. Just a few days ago it started NOT shutting off when the temperature reaches the thermostat setting. It doesn't happen every time maybe once or twice a day. The only way to turn it off is to set the thermostat to Off and then back to Heat. I have a Lux TX9000TS thermostat and replaced it with a brand new one but that didn't solve the problem. Thanks in advace for any advice on what could be wrong.

I think you have a problem with the stat. Buy a good Honeywell stat.

It is not the thermostat.....I replaced the one year old thermostat with a brand new one.... didn't make any difference.
