I have several apt. air handlers with the same problem, heater and fan wont turn off at thermostat. replaced sequencer,relay and limit switch, coils not shorted fuse ok, also replaced thermostat. Any help would be great

Check low voltage control wiring. Knowing how to use a multimeter will make finding the problem alot easier. Changing parts only cost more money. cheaaper for a service call from a pro.

all wiring correct, and yes I know how to use a multimeter

If I change entire heating unit all works fine just cant figure out problem because with all new parts it should work
