The Filter is new the tenant just replaced it one week prior to the problem. So I was told when I ask.

I'm not familiar with that unit but I would try cleaning the flame sensor with steel wool or a wirebrush. If unit has a/c check return side of a/c coil for blockage ad clean if necessary.

The only Reclaimer 80 I've ever seen used the hot surface ignitor to sense flame (it's a Heat Controller - built product).

If this one is the same way, I would suspect that as possibly being part of the problem. Does it even ignite at all?

It does lite but only after I turn the thermostat to off and then back to on it seems to be an intermitant problem. I was planning on goin to Clean everything with air and a vacum. It is a "Heat Controller" product, So far this year we have had problems with all of the units with this company,s product in them. Thanks for the help I will give it a good cleaning (not touching the ignitor) and see what that does.

Yeah, if you can get replacement hot surface ignitors fairly cheap, I'd suggest to try throwing a new ignitor at it. Especially if the one that's on there has kind of a gray crusty look about it.
