The Filter is new the tenant just replaced it one week prior to the problem. So I was told when I ask.

I'm not familiar with that unit but I would try cleaning the flame sensor with steel wool or a wirebrush. If unit has a/c check return side of a/c coil for blockage ad clean if necessary.

The only Reclaimer 80 I've ever seen used the hot surface ignitor to sense flame (it's a Heat Controller - built product).
If this one is the same way, I would suspect that as possibly being part of the problem. Does it even ignite at all?

Yeah, if you can get replacement hot surface ignitors fairly cheap, I'd suggest to try throwing a new ignitor at it. Especially if the one that's on there has kind of a gray crusty look about it.
