we have an intertherm gas furnace that's only 3 years old. the system will not light the pilot light and the error is "limit switch on or External load on W"
the blower comes on fine... help!

Possible your limit has gone off due to overheating? Check your filters, make sure none of your vents or return airs are blocked. Possible a rollout would give that code as well but not sure on that furnace.
