I have a carrier model number TSTATCCNAC01-B, and it has been showing a blank screen since yesterday. Therefore, I cannot control temperature. I don't want to call someone out and pay all sorts of money if its nothing major. What could be wrong? Is it the control, or the actual A/C unit? HELP!

1.Check your breakers
2. If you have gas heat verify that the "light" switch next to it is on.
3. check for a popped low voltage, blade type automotive fuse in your heater.
Post make and model of your ahu.

Might also have a safety switch open

high limit in furnace is stuck open the tsat is wired in series with the high limt check your filter and have you do that reset your furnace with the breaker and make sure your blower motor is running

Could also be a rollout which are often in the same series circuit. Most rollouts need to be manually reset.
