I have a question..
My thermostat calls for heat, I get 24V at S8600H (control burner ignition box), ignition spark works, PV works and makes a good flame. After the good flame, a second later, the PV cuts off and one second after there is a good flame again. The cycle continues and the flame never stays lited enough for the main (MV)valve to open.
I bypassed from S8600H, 24V to PV and the heater works fine. The flame stays on after the first ignition and the valves (MV)open. The heaters works.
My question is what is the main problem- the circuit board, S8600H control box, or the gas valve.
