When fan kicks on there is a sqeualing nose and it happens sevarl times while running what do you think it is and are parts avaiable?

Blower is going bad. Getting parts from lennox is like pulling teeth. Make sure whoever you use to repair your unit can get OEM parts. Universal motors just don't last in lennox equipment.

Where is the model number information so I can get a part number for the motor?

The part # for the motor will be on the information sticker on the side of the motor.
