first element comes on. second and third no go. all elements ohm at 11.2 and check for cont. is good. sequencer was cracked (and falling apart) so i replaced it. still same issue.all 3 limits check ok. in fact i switched position of limits to be for sure and still first (left) element only comes on.

thanks

What is the model# of your Electric heat package? Are W2 and E energized with 24v from thermostat when you're checking?

It is possible that your old sequencer had a bridge between the low voltage connections to energize 3 strips with one signal.

You may need to jumper your low voltage connections.
