Good evening, I have a Rheem model # RGDA-100C-ER natural gas home furnace, from reading other forums the model I have was made in the 50th week of 1987. Serial #-CN3D104 F5087 9515. Any way the problem that I have is that my furnace will not automatically shut off once the desired temperature has been reached on the thermostat. When I first moved into the house it worked fine and then it started to stay running until I would hit it and then it would shut off until the falling temp would automatically kick it back on. And of course after a while hitting it no longer worked and unless I shut it off at the fuse panel it stays running. The gas shuts off, but the fan continues to run. then once the temperature drops below again the gas kicks on and warms the house until the temperature that is set on the thermostat is reached and the gas kicks off with the fan still running. I have tried unsuccesfuly to figure out what is wrong but I have little or no clue. I am hoping that someone can help me out or point me into the right direction to fix this problem. Thanks Keith

$50 for a service call? how do you get to the job? do you take the bus? My employees make more then that including benefits.
Be careful sometimes you don't get a second chance
